Who can order

You must be at least the age of majority in your state to purchase from this site, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.

Products and colors

We do our best to show our products accurately. Screens vary, and the color you see on your device may not match the garment exactly. Product images are representative of the item, and small variations in fit, finish, and shade can occur between production runs.

Pricing and availability

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full, whether or not the order has been confirmed.

Orders

Receiving an order confirmation email does not mean we have accepted your order. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or for fraudulent purposes. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will be refunded in full.

Exchanges

SP27 operates an exchange policy rather than a general refund policy. You have 30 days from delivery to request an exchange. Items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect are refunded or replaced in full at our cost. Full terms are set out in our exchange policy.

Our content

The SP27 name, logo, product photography, and written content on this site belong to SP27 and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SP27 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from any product purchased through it. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page is the version that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
